eXODA ring eyelets are not only particularly conductive, but also very dimensionally stable. Dimensionally stable means that nothing bends easily. On the one hand, cable lugs should be particularly dimensionally stable, on the other hand, they should be easy to crimp. Both properties are fulfilled by our crimping lugs. Since the cross-sections of many cable manufacturers are more of a nominal size, this often leads to problems when crimping. For cable manufacturers, it is not necessarily the compliance with the nominal cross-section that counts, but more the specification of the conductivity. It is true that this is important, but then you need good ring lugs that can be pressed so well that differences in the cross-section of the copper wire braid can be tolerated. Apart from that, our cable lugs can also be soldered - at the latest this procedure solves all problems.
