The special feature of this set of 4 cable lugs is that they are insulated. Given the size of the cable lugs, that is something special. The insulation fits snugly into the PVC sheathing. We have described all the dimensions very precisely so that you can assess this. Here, the insulation for the cable entry has an inner diameter of 9 mm. The PVC sheath including the copper wire braiding of your cable should therefore approximately correspond to these specifications. For crimping we recommend special tools or you simply take the next larger cross-section. This is not perfect, but it is usually very successful and can also be a very good solution.
