Ideally suited for repairing damaged robot cables. Make sure that the cable is crimped with normal pliers. Only when the tabs are bent over can the metal cable guide be inserted into the connector without any problems. When the cable guides snap into place, the connection fits. Special requirements apply to waterproof connectors. Especially if connectors are to be sunk into the ground, the connector should really be sufficiently waterproof. No special tools are needed for assembly, the copper wire braiding is simply laid on without insulation.
