eXODA battery connectors are precision-fit high-current connectors. This connector is designed for 50A current and 600V voltage. You always need two of these connectors. Two connectors of one colour always fit into each other, represent as plug and socket. The colour distinction prevents polarity reversal. This plug is red. So if you use other connectors with different colours and use different consumers such as forklift trucks and several chargers, everyone can see which connectors belong together. This is ideal for connecting a battery to your forklift, for example. The copper contacts with the stainless steel spring plates are silver-plated. This ensures high conductivity. The housing of this connector is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic. ABS is the common abbreviation for acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer. These are thermoplastic terpolymers made of the three monomers acrylonitrile, 1,3-butadiene and styrene. This is the reason for their durability, impact resistance and, above all, accuracy of fit. Accuracy of fit is important so that the connectors can be easily detached from one another and also reassembled.
